⭐️ About the August Astrology 🌟

August is where all this new energy we’ve been receiving starts to settle in for the long haul. We may feel stuck in the cosmic clockworks of change, where one thing after another is constantly battering at us — and on a collective level that is relatively true. One aspect of this shift to note is that we are finally getting integrated into a majority of this new fire and air energy. Retrograde and eclipse season is upon us, and there’s a method to the madness if you take a closer look.

📝Tracking the Impact of Eclipses + Retrogrades 🔄
Think of eclipses and retrogrades as times where the ruler of the transit stops production, makes adjustments to the machinery and then starts things up to begin again. A retrograde causes us to reflect over the course of the entire transit, sometimes taking us back to the previous transit, bringing up areas where rework could be needed. An eclipse can be a sudden disruption that makes us change course entirely. In both of these cases it’s important to see what work the transit is asking us to do and in what areas of our lives, so we can navigate it more effectively.

🪐Retrograde Dates 🗓️
Want to keep a closer look at the retrogrades? Track them here.

• Neptune (Aries 04°19’) – Dec 12, 2026 (Aries 01°36’)
• Pluto (Aquarius 04°17’) – Oct 16, 2026 (Aquarius 03°04’)
• Saturn (Aries 14°44’) – Jul 26, 2026 (Aries 14°45’)
• Chiron (Taurus 00°50’) – Aug 3, 2026 (Taurus 00°52’)
• Uranus (Gemini 04°49’) – Sep 10, 2026 (Gemini 05°41’)

I’ve created a free resource to help you understand how each transit impacts you personally. Early in my astrological studies, I found myself writing out my natal placements to break down transits, color code aspects or track my studies over time. I then used my graphic design background to create a worksheet to shortcut the process and make it easier to reference my notes. I recommend that anyone starting their astrological studies use their personal natal placements as their main area of focus.

As you get more familiar with your personal natal placements, understanding how the houses are impacted by transits will help you gain more understanding on predicting how transits will show up in your life. I hope this worksheet helps you to connect the dots in the bigger picture of your life. Over this retrograde and eclipse season, print out a few copies, grab your favorite pens and get to work!

⭐️ About the July Astrology 🌟

July’s astrology is where the fire takes root. All of the outer planets have taken their new positions in the sky, and some are preparing to look backwards at their journey so far. Astrologers have been anticipating these transits for decades, which gives a lot of anticipation for the month to come.

The month will undoubtedly have a massive collective impact on us, but what can we expect individually? I would anticipate opportunities to revisit the themes in our Aries, Aquarius and Cancer houses during this time. Any lessons, actions we’ve taken or decisions we’ve made since the outer planets changed signs could be up for review.

Compare this time to where you were last year. What’s changed? What’s still the same? And most importantly — how do you feel about it? The change from water and earth energy over to fire and air energy of this year is igniting a new fire in our hearts. We can no longer dismiss our passions, the things that bring us joy and the ways that we need to assert our power for ourselves.

Expect July to shuffle out what isn’t working, to bring new joys and passion to your awareness and to highlight all the ways that choosing authenticity is the right answer.

🔄 Retrograde Outlook 📝

Pluto has already stationed retrograde and Mercury joined in on the fun on June 29 during the full moon in Capricorn. A retrograde is when a planet or luminary body appears to transit backwards in the sky from our perspective here on earth. In astrology, a retrograde offers an opportunity for us to revisit, review and rework our efforts from the time that the transit first began.

There are multiple planets stationing retrograde in July, so it’s worth checking your chart to see which of your natal placements are activated and which houses are impacted during the retrograde

Upcoming Retrograde Dates

• Mercury – June 29 – July 23, 2026
• Neptune – July 7 – December 12, 2026
• Saturn – July 26 – December 10, 2026

I’ve written blogs to cover each of the major transits. Check back in the archives to see how each transit will be will be impacting you personally so you can best apply the lessons of the retrograde during this time.

⭐️ About the June Astrology 🌟

June is the cosmic coffee break before July pops off with a shower of fireworks, so plan your upcoming moves accordingly. We start the month brimming with energy from May’s blue full moon in Sagittarius, which gives us insight into the future, allowing us to spot and remove blockages that lie ahead of us. It’s best to take advantage of this energetic boost, because at the end of the month we have some transits that could make forward motion much more logistically difficult.

This month invites us to take action, remain flexible to changes in our plans and continue pressing forward on our quests. Be sure to nurture your connections during this time, as light conversations could spark bigger insights amongst you and your community.

🌑New Moon in Gemini Themes + Ritual ♊
The new moon in Gemini is our annual invitation to achieve depth through lightness, conversing with the Divine as it manifests in all creatures on Earth.

Idle chat is not often held in high regard, but it should be. There is no better way to find your people than by making new connections-lots of them. Small talk is only small until you get to know someone, then the conversation deepens. It is impossible to reach the depths without first wading through the shallows. Give yourself a new outlook on light conversation, framing it as the gateway to true bonding that it is. Open your mind to the experiences and attitudes of others and they will do the same for you.

The ritual for this new moon is designed to open you to new connections and encourage their organic growth, free from expectation or anticipated outcomes.

Gather what you have of the following:

• Smoke, spray, or bell
• Printout or drawing of The Lovers card
• Candle holder or small plate
• Two pieces each of aquamarine and angelite
• Lemon
• Sharp knife and cutting board
• White taper candle
• Glass of water

1. Clear the energy of your space, then close your eyes and take three deep, cleansing breaths to ground yourself.
2. Place the image of The Lovers in the center of your altar area with the candle holder or small plate on top of it.
3. Make a square around the candle holder/ plate using the crystals to mark the corners as follows: aquamarine back left, angelite back right, angelite front left, and aquamarine front right.
4. Cut the lemon in half and coat the candle lightly in lemon juice. Put the candle in the candle holder or melt the bottom slightly to stick it to the plate.
5. Light the candle, then close your eyes and spend a few minutes feeling the joy of friendship in your heart. Begin by thinking about existing relationships that are easy and fulfilling. Then imagine the space in your heart that holds them is growing, opening, and waiting to offer and accept more wonderful relationships in your life.
6. Squeeze the rest of the lemon into a glass of water and drink it slowly while sitting with your candle.
7. Let the candle burn until it goes out on its own.

🌕 Full Moon in Capricorn Themes + Ritual ♑
The full moon of Cancer season is in the opposite sign of Capricorn. The full moon in Capricorn is our annual opportunity to clear out any outdated beliefs or wounds that are keeping us from pursuing our goals.

The Cancer/Capricorn axis teaches us to observe and adjust how we invest our energy and what we gain from that investment. To feel deeply secure requires both emotional and material wellness, yet too often we hyper-focus on one to the detriment of the other. Your heart and your head are not enemies. They are on the same team, working to keep you safe and sound. Pay attention to any fears of lack that come up and take steps to soothe or solve them. Any energy used to shore up your sanctuary is well spent.

The ritual for this full moon is designed to gently illuminate and release limiting beliefs, and fill your heart with divine love and support.

Gather what you have of the following:

• Smoke, spray, or bell
• Small dish of water
• Printouts or drawings of The Devil and The Chariot cards
• Pen
• Black obsidian, small enough to fit in the dish of water, and rose quartz
• Two strawberries

1. Clear the energy of your space, then close your eyes and take three deep, cleansing breaths to ground yourself.
2. Place the small dish of water in the center of your altar.
3. On the back of the image of The Devil, write any belief or recurring thought that keeps you from working toward your goals. (If you have trouble thinking of something, ask yourself what your worst critic would say if you told them what you plan to accomplish.)
4. Rip the image of The Devil into small pieces and submerge them in the water, then place the black obsidian on top of them.
5. Cover the dish of water with the image of The Chariot.
6. Hold the rose quartz to your heart and spend a few moments breathing pink light in through the rose quartz and exhaling gray smoke.
7. Place a strawberry in front of the dish as a thanks to the universe and eat one to thank yourself.
8. When you are through performing the ritual, remove the obsidian from the dish and dispose of the water and paper.

🔄 Mercury Retrograde + Jupiter in Leo ♌
On June 29 we will see the first sparks of the fireworks show when Jupiter, the planet of expansion, spirituality and opportunity follows Venus into Leo, the sign of leadership and creativity, on the same day that Mercury officially stations retrograde in Cancer, also during the micro full Moon in Capricorn. That’s already a lot of movement in a short amount of time, but wait — there’s more.

This Jupiter transit fans the flames that the Neptune + Saturn conjunction in Aries sparked earlier this year. This transit also creates powerful tension from the Pluto in Aquarius opposition. This push-pull dynamic will highlight themes of the collective vs the self, forcing us to reckon with a final answer in a very visible way. Pluto being retrograde until October will have us looking backward from the earlier stages of the transit and demanding justice where the balance has fallen short.

Mercury stationing retrograde in Cancer highlights where we might be experiencing dysfunctional communication about our needs while all of this tension ramps up. Uranus in Gemini adds multiple layers of chaos to the entire mix, with could look like seemingly random additions and unexpected conversations that change the entire dynamic. This is gossipy, chatty and prone to miscommunication.

I’ve broken down the themes where you will be experiencing expansion in the Leo areas of your charts, based off your rising sign.

Be sure to check out the previous transit outlooks to see how the big picture comes together for you personally.

⭐️ About the May Astrology 🌟

May is where the transits of late April will be making their impact felt. If you need a recap of what to expect with this energy, be sure to check out last month’s grimoire and blogs. Uranus’ recent transit into Gemini will impact us in the Gemini areas of our lives for the next 8 years. This transit creates a harmonious energy exchange (called a trine) with Pluto’s transit into Aquarius.

May’s astrology is relatively quiet compared to the jam-packed transits that have occurred in the first quarter of this year. There are two major things happening that I’d like us to pay attention to as the month progresses. One major aspect of the month’s astrology is the dual full moons: the Super Full Moon in Scorpio opens the month on Beltane and the Full Moon in Sagittarius closes out the month.

The collective revolutionary themes we’re feeling with our relationship to power, institutions and the truth is getting a major shakeup: we’re receiving unexpected insight and intellectual breakthroughs, we’re chatting about it extensively within our communities and the impact will echo through the collective as these long term transits progress. Our collective reality is due for a shakeup in major ways. We’ve already been feeling this energy, but this is where the change in direction really starts to pick up speed and momentum.

🌕 Lunar Magic + Taurus Season ♉

Working with lunar moon energy during Taurus season is a great way to connect with your values and create stability for yourself through established rituals. Taurus, ruled by Venus is fixed earth: tenacious, stubborn and rooted in the material world. Taurus season is the time to ensure that your daily habits and rituals are aligned with what you value most. During times of rapid change, what physical comforts and rituals help you achieve your goals? May is the time where you can check in with those rituals to ensure that all your efforts are rooted in supporting your journey ahead.

Change is here, impacting us more rapidly than we might expect. Holding mental flexibility and adapting to new information will be very important in the months to come. We will be asked to review our values, personally and collectively, interrogate the information provided to us by institutions and then move forward into a new world with a fresh perspective. It’s the end of the world as we know it, and it’s right on time.

🪞Pluto Retrograde in Aquarius ♒
Another collectively impactful transit of the month is Pluto’s retrograde in Aquarius until October 16 of this year. Pluto will station retrograde in the first week of the month, giving us an opportunity to reflect on the transformation that has occurred in the Aquarius areas of our charts over the last 18 months or so.

This retrograde is turning our recent collective transformation inward for review and deep reflection. Consider how power, innovation, and community shape your path forward. Think about how these themes have been relevant for you since Pluto fully ingressed into this sign in November of 2024.

• Pluto in Aquarius Transit Dates: November 19, 2024 – March 8, 2043
• Pluto Retrograde in 2026: May 6, 2026 – October 16, 2026

I’ve broken down themes you might be experiencing during this transit based off your rising sign.

⭐️ About the April Astrology 🌟
April enters like a burst of fresh spring air after months of tough transits and a reality-shifting eclipse season. We kick off with the full moon in Libra, which is a beautiful, emotive lunation. This full moon energy highlights a focus on relationships, balance, diplomacy and all things ruled by Venus.

Take time to really celebrate how far you’ve come with this full moon — spring is finally here, Mercury is stationed direct and the collective is lit up with fiery new energy. Now is the time to finally start the things that light up our hearts and passions.

♈️ Mars in Aries + All Planets Direct = All Systems Go 🚀
Mars officially transits out of Pisces and into Aries on April 9th. This change impacts our ability to take action, pursue goals and initiate new endeavors. Mars joins a planetary pileup in its home sign, where Chiron, the sun, Saturn and Neptune are already fired up and ready to take action.

You may have been feeling increased energy to tackle new projects since the Spring Equinox on March 20. This transit adds jet fuel to your efforts, giving you more drive, initation and the ability to get it done. Take advantage of this window of opportunity where all planets will be direct until May 6. Energy will flow more easily, action will come more readily and we’re going to be fired up to make things happen.

Aspects of the Aries energy we’re feeling will continue to fuel our efforts in the years to come. Saturn and Neptune’s longer transit in Aries will give us structure and creativity when it comes to building the big, long-term dreams that are ignited for us during this time.

♉️ Sun in Taurus – Taurus Season Begins 💐
The sun’s transit into Taurus, kicking off Taurus season, will help stabilize the fire we’ve sparked from Aries season. Taurus season invites us to ground into the physical world, settle into our bodies and reconnect with our senses. Taurus is ruled by Venus, the planet of love, pleasure and value.

♊️ Uranus in Gemini Transit 💥
At the end of April, Uranus, the planet of disruption, revolution & innovation transits into Gemini. We felt a taste of how Uranus tends to shake things up in 2025 from July to November. This time, Uranus will remain in Gemini until May 2033. Gemini energy is social, intellectual and chatty — combined with Uranus it has the potential to facilitate sudden communication, big ideas with spectacular results, and overall weird/innovative energies.

Uranus has a long orbit, taking about 84 years to travel through all 12 signs of the zodiac, so we feel this energy both socially and personally. Look to the Gemini house of your natal chart to get an idea of what areas of your life will be most directly impacted by this transit over the next 8(ish) years. I’ve written a blog outlining what themes to expect based off your rising sign.

⭐️ About the March Astrology

The astrology of 2026 has already been intense and March comes in hot with a full moon eclipse at the beginning of the month. By the end of 2026 every planet will have changed signs, some (like Uranus, Neptune & Pluto) for the first time in decades. While these energies are shifting around, it can be difficult to experience astrology as it happens. Taking time to ground, integrate and rest between big cosmic events can make navigating things easier.

🪐 Saturn + Neptune in Aries

March continues to fan the flame sparked with Neptune + Saturn’s conjunction at 0º in Aries on February 20th. This moment of stunning clarity shows us where we have been misled, disillusioned or otherwise had the rose colored glasses ripped away. With this newfound perspective, it will fan that fire of initiation in each of us to take action, create something and in some ways, prepare to go to war. Aries is concerned with topics of asserting personal power, identity, conflict and initiation. This transit highlights for each of us where we are preparing to assert our power, navigate conflict for our values and start something new.

🌓 Eclipses: Manifest or Not?

During the first half of the month, don’t stress about engaging in deep ritual or manifestation if it doesn’t feel aligned. The chaotic energies of the eclipse are moving many things behind the scenes for us. Mercury’s retrograde adds another layer of chaos during this period that can make details, travel & communication prone to logistical issues and mishaps.

Eclipses can usher in sudden endings, transformations and realizations. Manifestations that have been working for a long time can come to fruition during eclipses seasons, often in sudden and unexpected ways. Exerting extra energy during this time could yield some unexpected and chaotic outcomes.

🪄 Callback to 2025 Virgo Eclipse Cycle

This Full Moon in Virgo eclipse calls back to the partial solar eclipse in Virgo that we experienced back on September 21, 2025, helping us write the final chapters of that story. Check back through your journals, photos and calendar entries to see what was happening for you during that time. Whatever themes came up during that eclipse season could return for a final review during this portal.

Mid-month we’ll feel an expansion in emotional energy as Jupiter stations direct in Cancer. Areas where we may have felt stalled growth, stagnant or even stuck will start to feel some relief after this time. Jupiter is about expansion, spirituality, and hope. Collectively we will experience greater levels of compassion towards one another, becoming more emotionally connected, and expanding the impact of our collective healing and growth.

The new moon in Pisces could have us in our feelings even more, marking some tenderness in our emotional centers. This New Moon is better aspected for manifestation rituals and setting intentions for the seasons and year to come.

💐 Start of Aries Season + Spring Equinox + Mercury Direct

March 20 marks the start of Aries season, the end of Mercury’s retrograde and the Spring Equinox. The Spring Equinox marks the start of spring, where nature finally starts to awaken from her winter slumber. After the Spring Equinox and Mercury stations direct we’ll have greater connection to the vision and the clarity we need to take aligned action.
This is the moment where we take the clarity and direction gleaned during eclipse season and integrate it into a plan. We don’t have to tackle all of it, but we will want to get started on some aspect of it immediately.

🌕 Full Moon in Virgo Ritual

You will need:

✅Candle
✅Mirror or metal candle-safe tray
✅Salt or Black Salt
✅Writing materials and tarot/oracle deck (optional)

Eclipse energy can power sudden breakthroughs and insights, allowing you to peer through the veil of time and space. Use this time to reflect & glean hidden insights.

Place a candle on a large mirror or reflective metal tray. Circle the candle with salt, light the candle and cast your intentions over it with your hands. While the candle burns, gaze into the flames and meditate on the magic that you’ve had in the works since the last eclipse of this cycle.

Use the writing materials to write out what comes forth from the meditation. If it resonates, pull 1-3 tarot or oracle cards for additional insight. Burn safely for release or keep in sacred space for reference later.

🌑 New Moon in Pisces Ritual

Put out water and crystals during the new moon to use for the Spring Equinox bathing ritual. During the new moon in Pisces, there is a heightened emphasis on tuning into your intuition.

🌘 Spring Equinox Ritual

The equinox represents a moment of balance between light and darkness. This balance has been symbolically associated with themes of harmony, renewal and the cyclical nature of life.

You will need:

✅  Dried herb blend (try herbs tied to spring like nettle, dandelion, violets & rose petals)
✅  Bath salts
✅  Incense or smoke cleanse
✅  New Moon Water

Cleanse your bathing space & smoke cleanse the area. Surround the bath with crystals and a candle that matches your energetic intent. Steep the bag of herbs in the moon water, holding your hands over the vessel while it steeps & chanting your intention over the tea.

Add the steeped tea and bath salts to the bathwater before getting in.

As you bathe, envision the water cleansing and preparing you for the season ahead. Drain the water after leaving the bath, envision every limitation and obstacle leaving your life and leaving down the drain with the bathwater. Afterwards, return the herbs to the earth or compost.
