For years, I tried to fit into schedules that didn’t feel natural. The 40-hour workweek left me creatively drained, disconnected from my body and constantly pushing past my own energetic limits.
Even in self-employment, structure felt inconsistent and slippery. I needed a new framework.
That struggle is what led me to study the patterns all around us — lunar cycles, hormonal rhythms, astrology — to discover how they weave together to support aligned, sustainable creation.
