For years, I tried to fit into schedules that didn’t feel right. The corporate workweek drained me, disconnected me from my creativity and fueled cycles of burnout. When I became self-employed, the lack of structure helped my passions run wild, leading to overwork and more burnout while doing what I loved.

This constant struggle prompted me to study other, more natural cycles: lunar rhythms, hormonal patterns and astrological transits to see how they support sustainable, aligned creation. Once I stopped chasing others’ standards of consistency and started honoring my own, everything changed.
